Built in the early 1900's, this house needed mjor home improvements. The owner wanted to restore it's original look. The porch was torn down and cement was poured back in the 1970. The exterior walls were in very bad shape. The house foundation shifting needed to be leveled and stabalized. The exterior walls needed some attention too. The house was stabalized and leveled. We replaced all necessary rotted wood to the exterior walls. The walls were sanded down, primed and painted. The concrete porch was torned down and a new treated wood porch deck was built. Metal round fluted colums were installed. We installed lattice skirting around the porch. New metal roofing - Vee Lock; completed the remodeling and it's original look to the home.
